The Stewardship Summit is a one-day experience designed for nonprofit board directors committed to deepening their impact and strengthening governance. The experience focuses on strategic oversight, ethical leadership, mission alignment and community impact.

Luminary Lab
Cohort-based experience for nonprofit executives
- 6-month experience
- Retreats + roundtables
The Luminary Lab is a learning and coaching experience designed to support nonprofit executives in setting vision, managing change, building culture and working effectively with boards and teams.
Participant Outcomes:
- Apply management skills to support executive performance
- Practice leadership from a position of authority
- Build habits for self-awareness and sustainability
- Strengthen networks and peer support
- Connect executive development to organizational outcomes
Program Structure:
- Cohort of up to 25 executive directors
- Six-month experience
- Three 1.5-day retreats
- 4–5 facilitated executive roundtables
