An evening of live storytelling when faith in the American Dream is tested.
Join the Wichita Journalism Collaborative and its partner, The Journal at the Kansas Leadership Center, to hear people in our community speak from the heart about a time when their vision of their American Dream was tested and how they responded. We’ll have time at the end for reflection and a short discussion.

This event is open to the public. Advance registration is encouraged to help us plan. While there is no charge to attend, the event is a fundraiser for the Wichita Journalism Collaborative, with a suggested donation of $25.
What your support makes possible
Your donation helps grow local journalism in Wichita. Support from this event funds a 10-week internship program where aspiring journalists build skills alongside experienced reporters. It also helps smaller publications hire writers and photographers, expanding coverage and telling more community stories.
