Your Leadership Edge

Step 1 of the KLC Path

 2020 Virtual Program Dates

To ensure that our training remains accessible during the pandemic, Your Leadership Edge has moved online. For the rest of the year, programs will go forward as virtual experiences instead of in our facilities in Wichita and Kansas City.

July 8-9 | July 29-30 | August 5-6 | September 2-3 | September 23-24 | October 7-8 | November 11-12

Registration closes two weeks prior to each program.

Embrace leadership as an activity and step onto a path that develops problem-solving skills and brings more progress.

Use the KLC framework to intervene more effectively on the challenges you care about most.

Leave with new ways to stretch and experiment that will help you mobilize others to tackle challenges and seize opportunities.

What is Your Leadership Edge?

KLC believes leadership is an activity that can be done by anyone, anytime. No matter where you fit (or don’t fit) within a management structure, you have the opportunity to impact the world around you. Get on the path to seeing leadership differently by enrolling in KLC’s introductory program, Your Leadership Edge.

Get acquainted with KLC’s principles, competencies and definition of leadership in this two-day program. Practice this new framework alongside participants representing a broad spectrum of sectors. Identify key areas where you need to stretch, grow and experiment (i.e. your leadership edge) to help you get unstuck on some of your toughest challenges. And, do this work with the help of a supportive and challenging KLC teaching team.

Tuition Fee: $399
