What is Your Leadership Edge?
This program will help you lead more confidently and get better results by transforming how you approach tough problems.
First, you will identify the default behaviors you find effective in dealing with issues, as well as the limitations of only operating in your default mode. Next, you’ll examine what’s outside your comfort zone — the people and situations you encounter but don’t know how to engage.
Then, time will be spent with a small peer group, where you’ll explore and expand your leadership edge in a structured and supportive setting. This peer group will help you apply KLC’s ideas to your real-life challenge and hold you accountable for experimenting beyond your comfort zone.
By the end of the program, you will have developed a new mindset to approaching tough problems and leave with a plan of smart experiments.
Kansas rate: $595
Out of state/international rate: $795
