Chief Financial Officer

KLC is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic leadership for the organization’s financial operations, budgeting, forecasting and long-term sustainability. This role partners closely with executive leadership and the board to support organizational growth, operational excellence and sound financial stewardship.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, forward-thinking financial leader with experience in budgeting, financial modeling and organizational planning. A master’s degree is required, with nonprofit financial management experience and CPA designation preferred.

Accounting Operations Manager

KLC is seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to oversee core accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger activity, project and grant accounting, financial reporting and month-end close. This role also supports process improvement and operational efficiency across finance systems and workflows.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented accounting professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly and work independently. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant accounting experience are required, with nonprofit or grant accounting experience preferred.

Program Associates

KLC is seeking two Program Associates to support programs, events and daily operations across the organization’s Civic Leadership Development unit. These roles provide administrative, logistical and technical support for in-person and virtual programs, Speaker’s Bureau activities and participant experiences.

The ideal candidates are organized, adaptable and service-oriented team players with strong communication and time management skills. Experience supporting programs, events or customer-facing operations is preferred.
