The June 16 in-person program will be held at Colby Community College (1255 S Rang. Ave., Colby, KS). The Sept. 22 in-person program will be held at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and Conference Center (4801 Rockhill Road, Kansas City, MO).

The Dec. 7 in-person program will be held at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and Conference Center (4801 Rockhill Road, Kansas City, MO). The Kansas Leadership Center continues to scale its proven leadership development programs in the Kansas City area through its Mobilize KC initiative. KLC will work with local community service organizations to equip and inspire organizations focused on economic mobility to make more progress toward their purpose, shift organizational cultures and expand their workforce’s skills and capacity. Mobilize KC is supported by a grant from the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. Books and tuition are provided at no cost.

Douglas Avenue, Wichita, Kansas), at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and Conference Center (4801 Rockhill Road, Kansas City, Missouri) and in Western Kansas (location TBD).
Tuition Fee: $199* + $5 non-refundable cost for When Everyone Leads Reflection and Discussion Guide provided day of program. For Mobilize KC participants, tuition, the required book and the reflection and discussion guide are provided at no cost through a grant from the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.

Required Text: This program requires When Everyone Leads, available in multiple formats including large print, audiobook and print and eBooks in both English and Spanish. Mobilize KC participants receive the book at no cost through the Kauffman Foundation grant and do not need to purchase it. Participants in other programs must purchase a copy from their favorite bookseller, our online store or our custom shopping page.
Pre-Work: When Everyone Leads pre-reading, pre-survey from KLC’s Third Floor Research initiative and The Everyone Leads Assessment of Self and Culture will all be required prior to attending this program. Details will be sent 3 weeks prior to the start of your program.
