All Grant Administrators are required to be on Quarterly Calls. Core Members may attend, but they should not be used as replacements for Grant Administrators. In the event an administrator is unavailable for the call, then a Core Team member should be contacted to represent the organization.

2026 REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Each grant spot may be used to register for one program on the KLC Path. One grant spot = one program registration. Please remember that programs on the KLC path must be attended in consecutive order.

If you are a continuing partner, your 2026 promo code was distributed to all Grant Administrators after the 2026 onboarding call.

The grant covers full program tuition but does not cover the cost of books, materials fees, nor travel/accommodations or parking. Organizations will either need to cover the cost of these materials or place the responsibility on their participants to purchase When Everyone Leads, and Your Leadership Edge.

Effective immediately, KLC will incur a non refundable $5 per registration materials fee. If you organization would rather assume the responsibility of all materials fees based on the total number of spots allocated for the year, please email Camille at cscott@kansasleadershipcenter.org. An invoice will be sent at the time of your request, and due within 30 days of receipt. 

If you are tax-exempt, please email taxexempt@kansasleadershipcenter.org to coordinate the order of your materials.
