One in four Americans will be Latino by 2045. By sheer numbers alone, Latinos will shape the 21st century. What does such a vibrant and varied group value in leadership? And what can leaders of all cultures and ethnicities learn from how Latinos lead?
You are invited to an evening of conversation about the power of Latino leadership. Come and hear from nationally recognized speaker and best-selling author, Juana Bordas, as she shares insights from her new book and makes connections to the Kansas Leadership Center’s recent Third Floor Research study on Latino Leadership. Juana is a recognized leader in the areas of diversity, leadership, and the advancement of Latinos and communities of color.
5:00 PM | Doors Open
5:30 PM | Networking time (refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will be provided)
5:45 PM | Program with Juana Bordas and KLC Third Floor Research
7:00 PM | Book signing
The first 25 registrants will receive a complimentary copy of Juana’s new book The Power of Latino Leadership – Ahora!
