Rae Ringel | Associate
Rae Ringel is an organizational psychologist, executive coach, and facilitator with more than three decades of experience supporting people and organizations through complex change. Alongside Maya Bernstein, she designed and led the Executive Certificate in Facilitation Program at the Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership, where they prepared more than 350 practitioners worldwide to design and lead meaningful group experiences.
Rae is the founding president of The Ringel Group and serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Her work focuses on helping groups navigate difficult conversations, design gatherings with purpose, and adapt in real time when conditions shift. She brings a practical, grounded approach that combines systemic and strategic thinking with concrete tools facilitators can use immediately.
Rae holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University and is a frequent contributor to the Harvard Business Review.
