Pedro Cuevas Franco | Program Associate

Pedro serves on the programs as a program associate. They manage registration, participant communication and logistics for programs, events and initiatives, both virtually and in-person. They are passionate about creating positive change in the community to certify a bright future for Kansas. Lastly Pedro will most likely be one of the first faces you encounter when you visit the Kansas Leadership Center.
They graduated from Field Kindley High School and attended Coffeyville Community College. Since then, they have worked as a paraprofessional and translator for USD 445 in Coffeyville as well as other various customer service positions. During their time in Coffeyville, they served the community by being a part of the Coffeyville Heritage Alliance which organizes the annual Hispanic Heritage Celebration.
Pedro was born in Guanajuato, Mexico and became a citizen of the United States in late 2021. Even though they were not born in Coffeyville they recognize it as their hometown. A creative soul with a radiant and positive attitude, they have made it their mission to inspire change in the community and hopefully one day the world. In their free time you can find Pedro at home relaxing with furry best friend Cleo or adding on to an ever growing list of unfinished artistic endeavors.
