Luvyna Mantle | Development Operations Manager

Luvyna Mantle serves as development operations manager, supporting the systems, processes and coordination behind business development, partnerships and grant work. She focuses on turning strategy into clear, actionable execution, helping teams stay aligned, informed and moving forward. She sees leadership as an activity that shows up in the day-to-day: creating clarity in complexity, supporting others to do their best work and making steady progress on what matters most.

Before joining KLC, Luvyna built her career around operations, systems and process improvement, supporting growing teams in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments. Her work has centered on strengthening workflows, improving visibility through data and creating structures that make collaboration easier across teams. These experiences shaped her belief that strong operations are not just about efficiency. They create the conditions for better decisions, stronger relationships and meaningful results.

She is especially drawn to work at the intersection of people and process, where simplified systems can reduce friction and help teams focus on impact. At KLC, she is energized by contributing to work that strengthens leadership for the common good and supports communities across Kansas.

Born and raised in rural Kansas, Luvyna is excited to bring her family back to her roots. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three kids, being on the family ranch, staying up way too late to read, adding to her houseplant collection and plotting her next DIY project.
