Jen is an executive and leadership coach and leadership development consultant who thrives on helping people explore their full potential, both as individuals and as leaders. Her calling is to inspire people to bring their unique strengths to the work that matters most to them.
With more than 20 years in corporate America, Jen has a wealth of practical experience in sales, client relationships, building strong teams, and tackling complex challenges. She’s held leadership roles at Advisory Board in Washington, D.C., and Optum in Eden Prairie, MN, navigating the ups and downs of business cycles, from acquisitions to recessions. Through it all, she has seen firsthand the power of resilience, adaptability, communication, and trusted relationships.
Throughout her career, Jen has nurtured a genuine impulse to uplift others. Whether she is mentoring, teaching, or coaching, she is driven by a desire to inspire growth, curiosity, and courage in everyone she meets. Since 2017, Jen has been dedicated to coaching and leading workshops for professionals at every stage of their career, from early-career to senior executives. Her coaching ranges from one-on-one sessions to large group engagements, tailored to the unique journey of each person.

Jen is trained as an Integral Coach, and is certified through the International Coaching Federation. She is a practitioner of adaptive leadership, with certifications in Emotional Intelligence and Integrative Development. She holds a Business degree from Washington College on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay in Maryland.
Originally from the East Coast, Jen now calls Central Kansas home, where she lives with her husband, two kids, and their loyal Labrador. She is an active member of her rural community, serving on local boards, including Bluestem Communities and the Hesston Public Library. In her free time, you’ll find Jen biking down gravel roads with her husband or exploring the Midwest and Rocky Mountains with her family.
