Jason Bosch | Leadership Developer

Dr. Jason Bosch serves as leadership developer for the Kansas Leadership Center. In this role, he teaches, trains, and facilitates in KLC’s core and custom programs. As a fourth generation Kansan, Jason is passionate about helping individuals, organizations, and communities elevate their capacity to exercise leadership on the challenges that matter to them most—throughout Kansas and beyond.

Prior to joining KLC, Jason spent 17 years working professionally in higher education, serving as a staff member, faculty member, or administrator at four universities in three different states. Additionally, Jason has more than 15 years of experience in leadership training, teaching, and coaching in higher education, business, and non-profit settings. Jason has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Wichita State University, a master’s degree in higher education leadership from the University of Arkansas, and a doctoral degree in educational leadership from Wichita State University. He also holds the Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.

When he’s not working, Jason enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and traveling the world. So far, he has travelled to nine countries throughout North America, Central America, and Western and Central Europe (His favorite country so far: Scotland). Jason’s favorite hobby is cooking—he gets great joy from hosting and cooking for others in his home along with his wife, Kristen, and step-daughter, Sophia. When the weather is nice, there’s a good chance you will find him on his back porch grilling or smoking food for friends or family.
