Ciara Huntley | Program Manager

Ciara serves on the programs team as a program manager. She is responsible for managing the execution of events and leadership programs hosted virtually and in-person at the Kansas Leadership Center.

Ciara grew up just outside of Wichita and feels proud to call the city home. She believes it is important to give back to the community that shaped her. In the past few years, she has volunteered at a local nursing home, the Kansas Humane Society and her own middle school as a volleyball referee. She hopes to coach her own team soon!

Her previous work experience has mostly been in banking and administrative work, which helped her discover a passion for organization and structured processes.

In her free time Ciara enjoys baking, camping, spontaneous road trips and attending concerts or comedy shows. Her two dogs, Sammy and Delilah are the loves of her life and usually accompany her in her adventures. “They are definitely the cutest dogs in the world,” she says, without a trace of bias.
