Brittany Engle | Director of Programs

As director of programs at the Kansas Leadership Center, Brittany Engle is responsible for the administration of three KLC Path programs as well as its professional programs for leadership developers, including an International Coach Federation-approved Leadership Coach Intensive, Teach Leadership and Advanced Leadership Development Intensives. Working with KLC’s teaching and coach team, she supervises a team that handles all aspects of program management from planning to execution, with an emphasis on participant experience.
Brittany is passionate about the impact of KLC’s mission and cares deeply about the needs of each participant. She has worked to make programs more accessible through scholarships and is consistently identifying and innovating new processes to streamline and improve programs. She also enjoys being a part of KLC’s civic engagement efforts and curriculum and teaching team development.
Though from a small town, Brittany has traveled as far as Melbourne, Australia in her work at KLC. She graduated Cum Laude from Kansas State University with a degree in political science and a minor in Spanish. Now settled in downtown Wichita, Brittany enjoys marathon training on the river and volunteering as a Big Sister with Kansas Big Brothers Big Sisters. She aspires to board service in the future and is committed to fostering relationships that enhance KLC’s mission, reputation and goals.
