The Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Manhattan, Kansas plans to improve the customer shopping experience both online and in-store. This plan includes enhancing the website for better online shopping, passing out branded PPE masks for customers and employees, as well as modifying the store layout to streamline traffic flow and make it easier for customers to adhere to COVID-19 protocols.
“This group cares a lot for the Habitat for Humanity mission and understands the role the ReStore plays in Manhattan, KS. They not only came up with an action plan that addresses the immediate concerns of COVID-19, but it also has the potential to improve the overall performance of the ReStore in the long-term.”
