Online programs will be delivered via Zoom Conference Software. In-person programs will be held at the Kansas Leadership Center located at 325 E. Douglas Avenue, Wichita, Kansas, with one exception. The September 23-24 program will be held at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and Conference Center located at 4801 Rockhill Road, Kansas City, Missouri.
Registration closes two weeks prior to each program or once maximum capacity is reached.

What is Your Leadership Edge?
KLC believes leadership is an activity that can be done by anyone, anytime. No matter where you fit (or don’t fit) within a management structure, you have the opportunity to impact the world around you. Get on the path to seeing leadership differently by enrolling in KLC’s foundational program, Your Leadership Edge.
Get acquainted with KLC’s principles, competencies and definition of leadership in this two-day program. Practice this new framework alongside participants representing a broad spectrum of sectors. Identify key areas where you need to stretch, grow and experiment (i.e. your leadership edge) to help you get unstuck on some of your toughest challenges. And, do this work with the help of a supportive and challenging KLC teaching team.
Prerequisites: Participants must have completed When Everyone Leads prior to attending Step 2 on the KLC Path.
Program Agenda: Two consecutive days; 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Central Time

Tuition Fee: $499* + $5 non-refundable cost for Your Leadership Edge toolkit provided day of program. Purchase of Your Leadership Edge book is also required.

Pre-Work: Your Leadership Edge pre-reading, identify an individual adaptive challenge to make progress on and pre-survey from KLC’s Third Floor Research initiative and will all be required prior to attending this program. Details will be sent 3 weeks prior to the start of your program.
Reduced tuition graduate credit for professional learning at Wichita State:
