Learn to see leadership differently and shift your mindset
Leadership is not about authority and position. Leadership is actually an activity—small actions taken in moments of opportunity. That means everyone can lead, no matter where they sit in an organization or community. And when more people feel empowered to see and seize their moments to lead, we make more progress on our most important challenges.
Based on KLC’s new bestselling book, When Everyone Leads, this six-hour, same-day course makes leadership radically accessible and inclusive, and helps unleash capacity for collective leadership in teams, organizations, coalitions and communities. Join us for this one-day program.

Feel inspired to build cultures where everyone can see and seize their moments to lead.

Understand common barriers to leadership.

Discover new ways to get everyone moving in the same direction, differently.

See ways to start where you have influence and make leadership less risky for others.
