Tanner Radford | Technology and Operations Support Specialist
Tanner first joined KLC as a technology intern before stepping into his current role. He earned a Bachelor of General Studies in Biology from Wichita State University, where he also explored coursework in business, cybersecurity, and computer science. While at WSU, Tanner combined his interests in teamwork and competition to create something new: he founded and served as president of the WSU Paintball Club, inviting others into the sport and building a sense of community on campus.
A born and raised Kansan, Tanner has always been drawn to understanding how things work—especially when it comes to technology. Whether building computers or fine-tuning systems, he approaches problems with curiosity and a willingness to experiment. That mindset carries into his personal pursuits as well, where he enjoys “HomeLabbing” and diving into projects that let him test new ideas and learn by doing.
Outside of work, Tanner competes in NXL/EXL tournament paintball, spends time with friends and family, explores world and financial history and stays active at the gym. He’s always up for a challenge—and a new project to figure out.
