Amy Williams | Chief Business Development Officer
Amy Williams is the chief business development officer at the Kansas Leadership Center. In her role, she cultivates strategic partnerships, drives innovative marketing efforts, and strengthens revenue streams that support KLC’s long-term impact and mission. Drawn to KLC’s values and purpose, Amy saw a natural alignment with her own work advancing people-centered cultures.
Amy brings a strong track record of shaping workplace environments that prioritize belonging, adaptability and purpose. With deep experience in corporate culture, social responsibility and diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), she has guided organizational change across industries including aerospace, retail and agriculture.
Previously, Amy served as executive director for Global Community Relations and DE&I at Spirit AeroSystems, where she shaped enterprise-wide strategies to align inclusive culture and social impact with business goals. Known for her ability to mobilize people around shared purpose, she brings a collaborative style and a talent for building trust across differences. Her work often involves experimenting with new approaches, connecting across boundaries and helping people make progress in complex systems.
Amy contributes actively to civic life in Wichita, serving on the boards of the Via Christi Foundation, the Wichita Public Library Foundation and the Wichita Foundation. She holds an MBA from Newman University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Wichita State University.
When she’s not facilitating culture-shifting strategy sessions or championing social impact, Amy can be found hopping on a plane to explore new corners of the world with her spouse. At home, she recharges by spending time with family, catching up with friends and being thoroughly trained by the two most spoiled “doglets” (a.k.a. little dogs) on the planet.
