If only it were that simple. Or is it? Maybe it’s just taking small steps, smart risks and doing little experiments over time that can move us on our way to making change within our organizations, businesses and communities.
The idea “Lead Anytime, Anywhere” is based on the belief that leadership is an activity. I view the word ‘activity’ as an action verb, it’s something I have to actually do. It’s not something I’ve earned or something I’ve been given. And, against much of what society tells me and enforces on a daily basis, it’s not a position.
