Community Leadership Program Intensive

Learn research-based best practices for community leadership programs (CLPs) that are designed for maximum participant and community impact. Get ready to learn, design and practice KLC’s proven set of leadership ideas that can augment what you’re already doing in your program. Experience how local CLPs can create truly transformative experiences that combine leadership curriculum and community context and are taught in ways designed for today’s adult learner. Explore the Kansas Leadership Center’s approach to leadership development curriculum and teaching methodologies that you can take back to your program immediately.

What to Expect:
• Full days Monday -Thursday, finish at noon Friday
• An immersive, experiential way to strategically think about your CLP’s impact
• Receive tools and materials for immediate use
• Time carved out to imagine how to incorporate the ideas
• “Down time” to stay in touch with your work and homelife (emails, calls, etc.) so you’re not feeling completely fatigued at the end of the week
