Fellowship Purpose
The Kansas Leadership Center is hosting a year long facilitation fellowship with the goal of training civically engaged Kansans to use their experience and skill to help Kansas communities make progress on their toughest challenges.
How the Fellowship Works
The fellows meet on a quarterly basis as follows: May 2, August 4, October 3 and December 6 from 8:30am – 5:00pm at the Kansas Leadership Center.
KLC is hosting a dinner the night before each workshop in Wichita.
The program content will help fellows:
- Experiment with civic facilitation techniques
- Explore intersections of KLC Framework and civic issues
- Participate in civic issue writing workshops
- Gain exposure to civic facilitation alongside experienced KLC facilitators
Congratulations to the 2022 Civic Facilitator Fellows!
