Ad for When Everyone Leads book

Thank you for agreeing to host an event to promote When Everyone Leads and to inspire others to build cultures where everyone can see and seize their moments to lead.

By promoting KLC’s new book you are helping build capacity to address the toughest challenges facing 21st century organizations and communities. When everyone understands that leadership is an activity, we can work tougher better to achieve big aspirations.

Why this book matters

When Everyone Leads: How the Toughest Challenges Get Seen and Solved offers a countercultural approach to leadership and a way forward that is both optimistic and pragmatic.

Leadership is not about authority and position. Leadership is actually an activity—small actions taken in moments of opportunity.

That mean everyone can lead, no matter where you sit in your organization or community. And when more people feel empowered to see, and seize our moments to lead, we make more progress on our most important challenges. When Everyone Leads is a new book from Bard Press and the Kansas Leadership Center. It’s a resource to help you tap into your power and unleash capacity among your peers and teams.
