• Look over the agenda below. Review the Your Leadership Edge reading assignments for each session.
• Review the sample challenge and submit your own adaptive challenge below (this will be referenced throughout the program).

 

Complete the following before Session 2 on April 11th:

• Watch the KOLB inventory tutorial link below and take the self-assessment before April 4th. KLC will email you a self-assessment invitation link after Session 1.

• You should already have a copy of the KLC Your Leadership Edge book. Specific reading assignments for each session are noted on the detailed agenda below.
• Other program materials will be provided on the day of the program at the Kansas Leadership Center.
