Phyllis Collins | Coach

Phyllis Collins is a member of the coach team at the Kansas Leadership Center and has a passion for developing emerging leaders by coaching them to “lead where they are” while staying focused on their bigger purpose in life. Phyllis began her career as an auditor for a public accounting firm and as an accountant in the corporate world. Nineteen years ago, she started her own business – a leadership training and development organization, specializing in personal and professional growth. Phyllis has a BSBA degree with a major in Accounting and holds a CPA certificate. She also holds the International Coach Federation’s Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential and is a professional certified Higher Ground Leadership Coach. She is a member of the Association for Talent Development and is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner. In addition to her professional life, Phyllis volunteers and serves on several nonprofit boards serving the community and local businesses.
