Why Purpose Matters

Watch the Why Purpose Matters video

Holding to purpose increases your likelihood of making significant progress. Sometimes, external forces (like others, babies, or puppies) can cause you to be distracted from your purpose. By consistently reorienting yourself to your purpose and demonstrating it, you are performing the act of leadership. Pretty deep, huh? This video shares why purpose matters. Now, you have to apply your own purpose to your challenge. Take some risks! You can’t steal second base with your foot on first.
