We’re inviting alumni of Kansas Leadership Center programs to join us the evening of October 29 for a unique gathering of stakeholders, bringing together many members of the KLC family for the first time under one “Big Tent.”
You’ll congregate with many of KLC’s key partners from around the state, from those who run local leadership programs using our framework to the organizations across sectors that receive leadership grants, from the teachers, coaches and facilitators of our leadership programs to the team that creates the Journal, our quarterly civic leadership magazine. And our international team of researchers, Board of Directors and the newly established Civic Engagement Advisory Committee will also take part.
All will assemble together under the big top for the Main Event, an inspiring evening celebrating the KLC family, highlighting the year in review and energizing all with the promise of what lies ahead for the Kansas Leadership Center and the transformation of civic life in Kansas.
President and CEO Ed O’Malley will offer a welcome and facilitate large and small group discussions. We’re excited to announce that our keynote speaker is Mary Hale Tolar, interim vice provost of student success and long-time director of the Staley School of Leadership Studies at Kansas State University. Finally, we’ll pay tribute to Steve Coen, recently retired CEO of the Kansas Health Foundation and visionary co-founder of the Kansas Leadership Center.
We can’t wait to welcome you back to KLC for this special family reunion.
Register below and join us October 29 for the Big Tent Main Event!
