Tim Link | Coach – Archive
An executive coach in private practice since 2001, Tim has led a wide range of coaching engagements for Fortune 500 companies, fast-growing start-ups and enterprising non-profits—shepherding cultural transformation, developing sustainable internal coaching capacity, and actualizing talent potential with senior leaders and their teams. Tim holds the MCC (Master Certified Coach) designation, which is the highest level of credential awarded by the International Coach Federation. He also holds a Masters Degree in Organization and Management Development with an emphasis in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University. A third generation Kansan, Tim is equally energized whether coaching in the private or non-profit sector and is honored to serve the Kansas Leadership Center (KLC) in the role of Director of Coach Training. Tim cites his work with the KLC some of his most fulfilling as he bears witness to the extraordinary strength, power and resolve of Kansans who share a vision for a healthier and more prosperous state.
When not coaching, he can be found on the tennis court or singing with a nationally recognized men’s barbershop chorus. Tim has served on a variety of nonprofit boards and currently serves as the chair of the parish council of St. Thomas Aquinas Church.
A lifelong Kansan, Tim is equally energized whether coaching in the private or non-profit sector and is honored to serve the KLC in the dual roles of faculty and leadership coach. www.linkresourcegroup.net
