Sue Dondlinger | Coach
During the fifteen years Sue spent as a management professor at Newman University she stressed a number of “ways of being” that were crucial for new managers. Sue especially empashized that managers: (1) carefully listen to co-worker ideas, concerns and issues: and (2) ask honest, straightforward questions. As a credentialed executive coach, Sue still values and encourages her clients to implement these principles in their organizations.
Sue believes coaching clients have an advantage over their competitors because they have a coach who believes in them, has their best interest at heart, asks deep and uncomfortable questions and pushes them to step out of their box to find solutions.
Following her years of teaching at Newman University, Cessna Aircraft hired Sue to start a leadership certificate program for their first-level managers. Several years later Sue left to work as a consultant/contractor for small businesses, banks and non-profit organizations across Kansas. These years included work for the United Methodist Church, Legasus Group- a family business consulting firm and the Kansas Leadership Center .
Sue graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science and later received her MBA from Wichita State University. She is a certified administrator of MBTI and has coach certification through ICF.
She remains involved in the community, volunteering on non-profit boards and in her church.
