Kaylee Busick | Program Associate

Kaylee serves on the programs team as a program associate. Her focus is coordinating participant communication along with preparing for and delivering KLC’s custom programs. With a passion for technology, she is also providing technical support to ensure the programs run smoothly.
Kaylee earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Kansas State University. She was an elementary educator for the Goddard Public School district for 3 years before moving to Topeka with her family. While in Topeka, she worked a short stint at the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation helping people get connected to safe and affordable housing. She then went on to work as an elementary educator for the Auburn-Washburn School District. She and her family could not stay away from the ICT for long and have recently moved back to Wichita to be closer to family and friends. Kaylee is excited to use the skills and knowledge from teaching to help participants understand as well as feel at ease with the processes of their programming.
Outside of work, Kaylee is busy keeping up with her two young children, Jaxon and Makenna. You can also find her and her husband, Colton, cheering on the wildcats at Kansas State football and basketball games (Go Cats!). She enjoys camping (glamping, not tent camping!), crafting with her Cricut, and spending time with family and friends.
