Jamie Moeder | Chief People Officer

Jamie Moeder serves the Kansas Leadership Center as chief people officer, focused on the intersection of its people, operations, culture, and strategy. Jamie oversees work across the Talent and Operations divisions, including human resources, facilities and office management, business intelligence, and monitoring and evaluation, ensuring work is sustainable and aligned across the organization. She is passionate about improving administrative systems, strengthening organizational culture, and developing the human potential of everyone on the KLC team.

Jamie joined KLC in 2009, serving in multiple roles connected to its leadership development programs. Prior to her appointment as chief people officer, Jamie served as chief of staff from 2018-2023.

Born and raised in Wichita, Jamie attended the University of Kansas where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education. She is also a graduate of the Kellogg Center for Executive Women through Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and of Wichita’s local women’s leadership collective, The Thread.

She took on her most important role in 2017 when she became a mom. When she’s not at KLC, you can find her trying to keep up with her strong, independent little girls. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, beekeeping, home improvement projects and spending time with family.
