Drawing from her executive level Consumer Goods and Animal Health experience, plus expertise in training, negotiation and facilitation, Anita offers a 2-in-1 coaching-consulting approach that not only helps accelerate the development of emerging or established leaders, but also supports the identification of untapped potential (human and business), optimization of business strategies and delivery of business goals.
Anita is known for strategic problem solving, pragmatic actions, and focus on results. She is dedicated to helping mid-to-senior level mangers and executives start where they are and apply the KLC leadership principles to effectively navigate the most challenging leadership situations, achieve actionable outcomes, develop and retain talent while making progress on their organizations most important financial goals.
Based in Kansas since 2007, Anita attended University in London and a top 10 Business School in France before she began her career, in sales, with Reckitt Benckiser. She moved to Colgate Palmolive in Paris, then New York, where she expanded their Global Category Management capability before creating a breakthrough commercial strategy as Director of US Customer Marketing, at Hill’s Pet Nutrition, in Kansas. Throughout her career Anita has led and facilitated many strategic initiatives including heading up the relaunch of Hill’s #1 brand, Science Diet, in her role as Global Marketing and Innovation Leader. Her deep understanding of how to impact and deliver top and bottom line efficiencies was proven when she launched a business from scratch, for Ceva Sante Animale, a veterinary exclusive company entering US retail. She has also consulted for Accenture.
Today Anita is founder and CEO of a Wichita based Coaching & Consulting company, Bridges and Wings, and is dedicated to leveraging KLC’s principles to support the growth of the people and organizations everywhere – with a specific passion for growing the city of Wichita, which she now considers home.
Anita is mother to three teenagers and co-owner of a cattle ranch in the Flint Hills. She is an active volunteer of many local and national charities and board Vice-President of locally based non-profit.
