Anita has a keen understanding of the power of influence in decision making and how to work skillfully across stakeholder factions to create progress.

Leveraging a 2-in-1 coaching-consulting approach that draws from her international, executive level career, Anita holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation and helps leaders apply the KLC principles to develop high performing strategies that achieve their leadership and career advancement goals.

After University in London and Business School in France, Anita embarked on a career with Fortune 500 companies such as Reckitt, Colgate Palmolive and Accenture, leading commercial strategy and brand marketing initiatives including the global relaunch of a billion dollar brand. She lived in London, Paris and New York before truly understanding “there’s no place like home” when she moved to Kansas in 2007.

The only woman at many tables, Anita climbed the ranks and experienced burn-out. She successfully reinvented the way she led then pivoted from executive to Executive Coach. She has trained and coached hundreds of leaders and leverages the Core Values Index™ (CVI™) to help them understand how they are uniquely wired to successfully navigate the internal and external dynamics of influence, and develop win-win strategies that drive progress.
