Email a copy of your Sales and Use Tax Entity Exemption Certificate to [email protected]. We will set up an account for you with your email. We will let you know this has happened with a confirmation email from our office with your new account password. When you go to checkout in the KLC Store, you will see a message “Returning Customer? Click here to log in.” Click to open, then fill in the two blanks (your email and password we send). Then click ‘remember me.’ Organizations outside of Kansas are not charged sales tax.

Vulnerabilities are blind spots or less-developed leadership skills. Triggers are situations, people or behaviors that cause you to react in unproductive ways. Knowing when to use your strengths and how to manage vulnerabilities and triggers is essential to leadership.
This video is the perfect introduction to a session on Manage Self. KLC team members acknowledge their own struggles while providing insight and practical advice.
Play the video as a conversation starter in your classroom or team meeting. Then invite individuals to reflect in writing about their own strengths, vulnerabilities and triggers. Sharing in pairs first generates more honesty and engagement in your full group discussion.
