Order your materials today so they can arrive before your program! Please fill out the registration form below with your home address. After we receive your registration, KLC will send out a calendar invite with zoom link for this 3-day program.

Zoom passcode will be emailed to you prior to the start of the program.

Pre-work

• Read Harvard Business Review, Four Reasons Managers Should Spend More Time on Coaching
• Think about people you work with who would benefit from coaching.
• Come prepared to talk about a current challenge or opportunity where you would benefit from coaching.

Day 1: September 29

Homework:

• Spend at least one hour practicing coaching skills. Use the form on page 15 in this workbook.
• Practice listening and exploring with peers and direct reports.
• Reflect and come prepared to talk about two current challenges or opportunities where you would benefit from coaching.
• Option to attend Office Hours on dates/times TBD.

Day 2: October 29

Homework:

• Spend at least 30 minutes practicing with your partner using the LEAD Model for Managers Who Coach.
• Have two short coach-like conversations with a direct report; use your coach’s stand, one or more coaching skills, or the LEAD Model.
• Come prepared to talk about a current challenge or opportunity where you would benefit from coaching.
• Option to attend Office hours on dates/times TBD.
