Jill Hufnagel | Guest Teacher
A Washington, D.C. native, Jill Hufnagel is a consultant with Cambridge Leadership Associates. She began her career working for the Secretary of the U.S. Senate and most recently served as the Associate Director of the Batten Leadership Institute. Working with a broad range of clients–from the New York Fire Department and America’s Essential Hospitals to Melbourne’s Leadership Victoria and Microsoft–Jill designs and delivers leadership programming around the globe built on deep capacity development and possibility thinking. Jill facilitates train-the-trainer programs for many audiences, including the International Leadership Association, the Kansas Leadership Center, and the Foreign Service Institute. Jill trained at UVA Darden’s Graduate School of Business and Harvard’s Kennedy School; she holds a Ph.D. in English and women’s studies and a M.Ed. in counseling.
