Clearly communicate KLC ideas.

Practice and receive feedback.

Leave with skills to immediately apply in your classroom, boardroom, organization or community.

What is Equip to Lead?

Leadership starts with you and must engage others. We know people who are equipped to lead have the ability to greatly change the culture of organizations and communities.

If you returned from a You Lead Now or Lead for Change training asking yourself the question ‘now what?’ or heard ‘so what?’ from your colleagues, we invite you to join us for this follow-up experience.

By attending Equip to Lead, you’ll join others from all sectors and levels of authority with a common aspiration: to equip more people to move forward on what you care about within your organization or community.

On top of a reintroduction to the KLC framework, you’ll learn how to clearly communicate KLC ideas, receive feedback and support from highly trained teachers and leave with skills to immediately apply in your context.

If you want to:

  • Improve your ability to lead a team meeting to help others “talk about the elephant in the room”;
  • Teach “speak to loss” in your classroom or to participants in your Community Leadership Program;
  • Assist your staff or colleagues in making and holding multiple interpretations about what else might be going on in the workplace;

Join us for Equip to Lead. These examples and others are the skills you will actively practice by attending.

Equip to Lead is our newest offering happening once a month or ten times a year.
